Summer Lodge has twin, double and family rooms available with en-suite facilities (bath and shower). Tea trays, guest sitting room with DVD, Video and games available. All rooms enjoy far reaching views, peaceful surroundings, hard tennis court - and we have ample parking.

Tariff
Double room - Super King-size bed, en-suite from £35.00 per person per night.
Twin room - King-size single beds, en-suite from £35.00 per person per night.
Family room - Super King-size bed for the grown ups and proper beds for the youngsters (2 singles) en-suite from £105 per room per night.

Every room has a selection of refreshments and a range of extras to make your stay a comfortable one.

All the above includes full English breakfast. We also have a self service option if you prefer. We try to source our ingredients locally which include free range eggs from our neighbouring farm, handmade bread and jams.  If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know.

If celebrating a special occasion or organising a surprise for a friend let us know and we shall work with you to make your stay a happy and memorable one.

A non-returnable deposit is required on booking and we do not take single night bookings over bank holidays or during July and August except 24 hours before.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date or non-arrival will be charged at the full rate. Accordingly guests are strongly advised to insure against cancellation. We do have details on file of insurance companies which some of our guests have used in the past, if you would like details please e-mail summerlodgedevon@aol.com and we will forward this information through to you.

Payment is by cash or cheque and must be supported by a cheque guarantee card.

Arrival: Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm please let us know if you expect to arrive after 6pm. Checking out time is 10.30am on day of departure. We have facilities to store your luggage, walking boots etc. should you wish to collect after checking out.
